One Brick. One Story. One Legacy
For generations, the Filipino-Australian community has contributed to Australia’s story, being fifth largest migrant community in Australia and both countries having a longstanding relationship for almost 80 years.
Today, we aim to build a dedicated home where our community can continue to share our culture, grow as a community and inspire the next generation.
By 2032
We will open Australia’s first Filipino-Australian Cultural & Innovation Centre. A dedicated property to support the multi-cultural community including:
- A 500-seat multi-function theatre
- Exhibit halls to display art, cultural artifacts and presentations.
- Community Interactive Rooms.
- Cafe and Gift Shops
- Outdoor areas to host festivals, markets and events
Why a Brick Matters
The Donate-a-Brick campaign is a fundraising initiative by NARRA Co-op Ltd to raise AU $10 million by inviting the community and organisations to sponsor symbolic bricks at $1,000 each. Every brick purchased directly funds the construction of Australia’s first Filipino-Australian Cultural & Innovation Centre.
Every brick paid for isn’t just a donation – it’s a part of a foundation for the future. Every brick helps families find a place to belong, for artists to create, and a place for the youth to dream and grow.
This is our moment to create something that will stand for generations — and we’re doing it one brick at a time.
Our intention
- Goal: AU $10 million
- How: 10,000 symbolic bricks at AU $1,000 each
- Impact: 100% of contributions fund construction and fit-out of PAACI
Sponsorship
Every brick you sponsor will carry your name — or the name of someone you wish to honour.
On our Founders Wall, a permanent tribute in the heart of the new centre. For every brick donated worth AU $1,000, you will receive:
- Name engraved on Founders Wall
- Certificate of appreciation
NARRA Coop Ltd provides donation packages over $1,000. Email mabuhay@narracoop.org.au for further information
