Narra Co-op Ltd - Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) Organisation

These Terms and Conditions govern the donation process to Narra Co-op Ltd (referred to as "Narra Co-op," "we," "us," or "our"). By making a donation, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Purpose of Donations

Donations to Narra Co-op Ltd will be used to:

- Acquire properties to establish Filipino Community Centres.

- Develop vibrant hubs that foster a sense of belonging and provide a platform for communities and religious organizations to thrive.

- Build an Art, Culture, and Innovation Centre to promote literature, music, performing arts, visual arts, crafts, design, film, video, television, radio, Aboriginal arts, and movable cultural heritage.

- Continuously seek and implement ways to empower community members while supporting their advocacy of promoting artistic creation and cultural linkages.

Tax Deductibility

Narra Co-op Ltd is a registered Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) organization. All donations of $2 or more are tax-deductible in Australia. Donors will receive a receipt for tax purposes.

Use of Donations

- Donations will be allocated at the discretion of Narra Co-op Ltd to ensure they are used in the most effective manner to fulfill our mission.

- While we will make every effort to use funds as designated by the donor, Narra Co-op Ltd reserves the right to reallocate funds as necessary to where they are needed most.

Refund Policy

- Donations are non-refundable. Once a donation is made, it cannot be canceled or refunded except where required by law.
